How do I get in touch to start a placement?
Send us a message with a few key details and we will take it from there. Use our contact form or email, and include the information below so we can assess your placement quickly instead of trading several messages first:
- Which ACE program you are in (MSN Nurse Educator or MSN Nurse Administrator, and whether RN-to-MSN or BSN-to-MSN).
- Your state or region.
- Your target practicum start date.
- Any practicum requirements your program has already given you.
The more of this you include up front, the sooner we can assess the pathway-specific candidate search and likely review sequence.
What can you help me with?
We support an education or administration placement search by identifying a candidate preceptor or mentor, physical site, and workable project concept for ACE review. Both MSN pathways publish 200 total practice hours through separate 50-hour and 150-hour components, and applicants acknowledge access to a local practicum setting. Candidate sourcing is the part we handle.
To set expectations honestly: this is an education and administration field experience, not nurse-practitioner clinical rotations and not direct patient care. We are independent and are not American College of Education. If your question is outside placement, we will tell you plainly rather than pretend it is something we do.
How much does it cost and when do I pay?
Current pricing is maintained on the cost page, and you pay when matched, not before. We will confirm the applicable price before you commit to anything.
You will never be charged simply for contacting us or for us reviewing your situation. Payment happens only after we present a preceptor or mentor candidate, physical site, and project concept for your review.
Can I reach you by phone?
A phone line is being set up and is not yet published, so for now the reliable way to reach us is by email or our contact form. We would rather leave the phone number off entirely than list one that does not connect you to us.
Once a phone line is live, it will appear here. Until then, message us with your details and we will respond with next steps for your ACE practicum.
What happens after I contact you?
We review your program and requirements, then explain whether and how we can support a candidate search. If it is a fit, we outline the proposed preceptor or mentor, site, and project, confirm the price listed through the cost process, and move forward only with your go-ahead.
There is no obligation in reaching out. You are free to ask questions, get our assessment, and decide afterward whether to proceed.
