Contact Us

The fastest way to start is to tell us your ACE program and your target start date, and we will reply with next steps. We are an independent service that places the 200-hour practicum required by American College of Education (ACE) graduate nursing programs. This page explains how to reach us, what to include so we can help quickly, and what happens after you get in touch.

How do I get in touch to start a placement?

Send us a message with a few key details and we will take it from there. Use our contact form or email, and include the information below so we can assess your placement quickly instead of trading several messages first:

  • Which ACE program you are in (MSN Nurse Educator or MSN Nurse Administrator, and whether RN-to-MSN or BSN-to-MSN).
  • Your state or region.
  • Your target practicum start date.
  • Any practicum requirements your program has already given you.

The more of this you include up front, the sooner we can tell you how we can help secure your 200 hours.

What can you help me with?

We place the education or administration practicum ACE requires, which means finding you a qualified preceptor or mentor, an approved site, and a workable project so your 200 hours are secured. ACE's MSN Nurse Educator and MSN Nurse Administrator programs each require a 200-hour practicum for which the student must locate their own preceptor, location, and project. That is exactly what we handle.

To set expectations honestly: this is an education and administration field experience, not nurse-practitioner clinical rotations and not direct patient care. We are independent and are not American College of Education. If your question is outside placement, we will tell you plainly rather than pretend it is something we do.

How much does it cost and when do I pay?

Placement costs $1,500 to $2,500, and you pay when you are matched, not before. The exact figure within that range depends on your program, region, and how specialized your practicum requirements are. We will confirm your price before you commit to anything.

You will never be charged simply for contacting us or for us reviewing your situation. Payment happens only once we have matched you with a preceptor or mentor, a site, and a project.

Can I reach you by phone?

A phone line is being set up and is not yet published, so for now the reliable way to reach us is by email or our contact form. We would rather leave the phone number off entirely than list one that does not connect you to us.

Once a phone line is live, it will appear here. Until then, message us with your details and we will respond with next steps for your ACE practicum.

What happens after I contact you?

We review your program and requirements, then reply with whether and how we can secure your practicum. If it is a fit, we outline the placement (the preceptor or mentor, the site, and the project), confirm your price within the $1,500 to $2,500 range, and move forward only with your go-ahead.

There is no obligation in reaching out. You are free to ask questions, get our assessment, and decide afterward whether to proceed.

Secure your practicum, not your weekends

Tell us your ACE track, your city, and your practicum timeline. We will come back with a placement plan and a realistic path to a preceptor, an approved site, and your 200 hours.

Independent service. We are not ACE. No obligation, no spam.
