Terms of Service
By using our service you agree to these terms, and the core of them is simple: we independently place the practicum ACE requires, you pay $1,500 to $2,500 when matched, and we are honest about what we can and cannot do. Please read these terms before you engage us. We are an independent service and are not American College of Education.
What service do these terms cover?
These terms cover our placement of the 200-hour practicum required by ACE graduate nursing programs. We find you a qualified preceptor or mentor, an approved site, and a workable project so your 200 hours can be secured. ACE's MSN Nurse Educator and MSN Nurse Administrator programs (via RN-to-MSN and BSN-to-MSN) each require this practicum, and the student is otherwise responsible for finding their own preceptor, location, and project.
To be clear about scope: this is an education and administration field experience with a preceptor or mentor, a site, and a project. It is not nurse-practitioner clinical rotations and not direct patient care.
What does it cost and when do I pay?
Placement costs $1,500 to $2,500, and you pay when you are matched. The exact price within that range depends on your program, region, and requirements, and we confirm it with you before you commit. You are not charged for contacting us or for our initial assessment.
Payment becomes due once we have matched you with a preceptor or mentor, an approved site, and a workable project. Any refund or adjustment terms will be stated to you in writing at the time you engage us.
What are my responsibilities as a student?
You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for meeting your program's own rules. That includes providing correct details about your ACE program and requirements, completing any documentation your school or the site requires, and doing the practicum work itself.
We arrange the placement, but we do not complete your hours for you, sit your coursework, or guarantee your academic outcomes. You remain responsible for satisfying ACE's requirements and your program's standards.
What do you not promise?
We do not promise a grade, an academic result, or anything ACE alone controls. We work to secure your practicum placement, but we cannot control your school's approvals, your performance, or decisions made by ACE. We do not represent ACE and cannot speak or act on its behalf.
We provide our service with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
How can these terms change?
We may update these terms, and the current version is always posted on this page. If we make changes, they apply going forward. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of our service.
Good to know
Do you guarantee I will pass my practicum?
No. We secure the placement, meaning a preceptor or mentor, a site, and a project, but we do not complete your hours or guarantee grades. Academic outcomes remain your responsibility and ACE's.
When am I charged?

Are you acting on behalf of American College of Education?
No. We place the practicum ACE's programs require.
