By using our service you agree to these terms. We independently source candidate preceptors or mentors, physical sites, and project concepts for student review and ACE submission, and payment is due only when matched under the agreed service terms. Please read these terms before you engage us. We are an independent service and are not American College of Education.
What service do these terms cover?
These terms cover candidate sourcing for ACE graduate nursing practice experiences. We identify a potential preceptor or mentor, physical site, and workable project concept for the student's review and ACE submission. Both MSN pathways publish 200 total practice hours through separate 50-hour and 150-hour components, and ACE applicants acknowledge access to a local practicum setting.
To be clear about scope: this is an education and administration field experience with a preceptor or mentor, a site, and a project. It is not nurse-practitioner clinical rotations and not direct patient care. We are independent and are not affiliated with American College of Education.
What does it cost and when do I pay?
Current pricing is maintained on the cost page, and you pay when matched. We confirm the applicable price before you commit, and you are not charged for contacting us or for our initial assessment.
Payment becomes due after we present a candidate preceptor or mentor, physical site, and workable project concept for your review under the agreed match terms. Any refund or adjustment terms will be stated to you in writing at the time you engage us.
What are my responsibilities as a student?
You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for meeting your program's own rules. That includes providing correct details about your ACE program and requirements, completing any documentation your school or the site requires, and doing the practicum work itself.
We source and coordinate placement candidates, but we do not complete your hours for you, sit your coursework, or guarantee your academic outcomes. You remain responsible for satisfying ACE's requirements and your program's standards.
What do you not promise?
We do not promise a grade, an academic result, or anything ACE alone controls. We work to source a candidate placement, but we cannot control school or site decisions, your performance, or decisions made by ACE. We do not represent ACE and cannot speak or act on its behalf.
We provide our service with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
How can these terms change?
We may update these terms, and the current version is always posted on this page. If we make changes, they apply going forward. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of our service.
Good to know
Do you guarantee I will pass my practicum?
No. We source a candidate preceptor or mentor, site, and project for your review, but we do not complete hours or guarantee grades. Academic outcomes remain your responsibility and ACE's.
When am I charged?
You pay the price stated through the cost process when matched with a candidate preceptor or mentor, physical site, and workable project concept for review. Contacting us and our initial assessment are free.
Are you acting on behalf of American College of Education?
No. We are an independent placement service, not affiliated with ACE, and we cannot speak or act on its behalf. We source candidates for the student's placement plan and ACE review.
